I just use Duncan-Hines White cake (people freak on it!) and Wilton Buttercream. The red istars are red fondant, but the red frosting is just Wilton Rose and Wilton Red Red, mixed together and it comes out pretty good! The Navy is Wilton Sky Blue and Violet mixed. Thanks for the comments!
