I used Laynie72's cake as inspiration when I was asked to do this cake. It is vanilla cake and buttercream, covered in fondant and painted ( I wish I had an airbrush). I had trouble with nose and originally made it too short, but just adjusted it with another lump of gumpaste and the bridle covered the join.
