Does anyone have any suggestions for making realistic looking royal icing coral? Is there a better medium to use for making coral? Thanks for your help. (Would colorflow be good... or too thick?)

pour melted white chocolate over crushed ice. It will fill the nooks and crannies and harden that way. After the ice melts, voila, realistic looking coral. I usually just pipe with royal icing though.
