Hola, haber si me se explicar bien Embarassed es que estoy mirando algunas fotos de paso a paso y veo que queda recubierto perfecto, para luego ponerle el fondant encima y queda liso liso....parece de piedra, que no lo es....

Yo le pongo ganache de chocolate pero no queda tan perfecto...

Me podriais aconsejar???? gracias y un beso... Smile

bueno yo nunca he usado ganache, pero ya van varias que leo que lo usan antes del fondant......si no me equivoco, en la foto usa buttercream, y es el que yo uso tambien, cubro el cake a que quede parejo y pongo el fondant, y si me queda lisito..........esperemos mas opiniones!! Thumbs Up!

Confused Ganache? Me parece raro,porque queda liso una vez que se enfria y se seca!!Por lo tanto, no se como pega el fondant... Tal vez habría que leer cual es la proporción de crema y chocolate que utiliza, si queda como baño ,si solidifica,etc...

Si hay perosnas que es lo unico que usan bajo el fondant! Deby, quiza si sea diferente el porcentaje de crema y chocolate. normalmente es 2-1 para el ganache.

Thumbs Up! Yo uso generalmente esa proporción: 1 a 1 .Pero todo depende de lo que quieras hacer.Uno a uno solidifica cuando se enfria, la uso para baños en general o rellenar alfajores.
A mayor cantidad de crema, mas líquida queda la consistencia de la ganache Very Happy

Con el ganche queda lisesito, el video de turvi topsy te sugarshack ella lo hace asi y hace el ganache tambien esta muy bueno por que aprendes bien. Thumbs Up! ya despues es la practica Very Happy

aqui un buen video en que nati usa el ganache,no da la receta pero tal vez en su pagina esta la receta,si se fijan el ganache lo tiene frio y tiene consistencia cremosa pero firme,mandale un pm y a lo mejor te la receta espero y te ayude,un saludito y unabracito Smile

creo que es bonenati,sino ahi en el video arribitadel video esta su pagina,entra ahi hay muchos tutoriales de ella y recetas,quizas este ahi el de el ganache,suerte un abrazo Smile
