Yes you can! I have used it so many times with excellent results. But ...now I prefer to make marshmallow fondant ...it is easier and faster than the one you are going to prepare icon_smile.gif

P.D. - You can substitute glucose for the same amount of corn syrup in the recipe. Ex. 2 ounces glucose = 2 ounces corn syrup icon_wink.gif
