Beth Parvue has them. Her colors are good and reasonably priced. I don't know her web site, but you should be able to use a search engine to find her.

I did a little looking and found a place to buy them. www.intotheoven.com. They are about $4.75 each. Although the information does not say that they are kosher, I was told by the developer of them that they are.

countrykitchensa.com , has them in their catalogue..... they are crystal colors..... says they are Kosher. $5.00 each hth i have some that i got at a convention from beth parvu several years ago
