I made this up quick for a cake buddy of mine, and thought I'd share it with everyone here! Please feel free to ask any questions. I learned how to do a chocolate wrap by reading ShirleyW's chocolate wrap instructions. This is my alteration of it! I highly recommend reading ShirlyW's chocolate wrap instuctions before this one! Hers are at the top of the "Cake Decorating" forum as well! Hope you all enjoy it!

These are great - thank you! But - I didn't see ShirleyW's. Maybe I'm looking the wrong place.
I have one question -- don't you have to temper the chocolate for it to hold up? I've tried several times tempering chocolate - and it never works! I just don't get what I'm doing wrong. |

You can use reg baking chips and I think also the Wilton choc disks or any of that kind of choc. |
