Go to the Wilton site and you should be able to find out the info you are looking for with this cake pan. I have not used this pan but I know you can find out this type of data at their site.

If you need instructions for the character pans go to www.ladycakes.com. All you do is email her and she will send back the instructions to you. She has a huge list of pans, old and new. HTH

If you describe it I will look it up in one of the Wilton yearbooks. I have every one of them since 1970. I tried to open up the links that one of the posters put but I can never get a pdf file to open(any one know why this is)
When I find it I can pm you the instructions

I've got them! Yay Very Happy

Thanks everyone, got them off the pan instruction section on here in the end, i downloaded the latest version of adobe reader (version 9) by following the link below the pan instruction link. I was then able to see the pdf. Couldn't before as i had an earlier version which doesn't seem to work. Confused

Thanks again

Amy Very Happy
