What is the difference between Devil's Food and regular chocolate cake? Also, if there is a big technical difference does anyone have a good recipe for a Devil's food cake? I use a really good chocolate butter cake, is there anything I could sub out in that?

TIA!

Danielle

Here's what wikipedia has to say:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil's_food_cake

Personally, I'd only heard the part about the baking soda making it look reddish before reading this.
