I'm not one of the pros, but I think these roses are very pretty!! I have all the stuff to start teaching myself to make gum paste roses etc. I'm excited to learn. Keep it up, you're off to a great start. |

not a pro my ANY means (never worked with gumpaste before) but they look awesome! not cabbage-like or anything like that.  |

Honestly -
The top and bottom ones are the best - they look very real. The middle one is a little bit too open along the outer petals to be a real rose (I grow a dozen different varieties). But the construction on all of them is great, and the petals are nice and thin.
Now you need to learn how to use color dusts to highlight and shadow.

They look pretty good but I would suggest using your ball tool and ruffling the edges more to thin them out. This will make them appear more realistic. |
