I am making Pierce Bronsnan's wedding cake for a 50th anniversary From Mich Turners book this weekend. I am wondering if the best way to get the pattern onto the cake is to copy the pattern by hand onto parchment and then use a needle to mark the pattern onto the cake and then go back and pipe it with RI. Any suggestions/tips?

You can use Wilton's Piping Gel to transfer the outlines onto the cake and then fill in.

Thumbs Up!

I'm not sure what the pattern is or what the cake looks like, but you could try this http://www.ktka.com/news/2007/.....tizing_me/
