I just got a 3D stand up doll pan from my grandmother. I think it's from the late 60's or 70's. But I don't really know where to go with it. Does anyone have directions or pictures of a finished cake?
Thanks!

I have made several of these cakes using a batter bowl from "Southern Living" You bake the cake ,turn it upside down. Buy a pack of doll picks at Wallmart/hobby lobby or Michaels. Insert one in the center and then using your star tip(I use the tripple star tip)cover the skirt in the color of your choice and then the bodice of the doll too. Using a #2 tip, pipe earings and a bracelet and even a necklace. This cake only sever about 12 people so If you need it for a larger party I would put the doll on top of a round 8 or 10" cake, depending on the size you need. I will send you a picture of one I did. Little girls love them. They can also be turned into little princes cakes - make a tiara out of silver pipe cleaners!
