Este es el bizcocho que me tocó hacer en mi última clase de repostería. No fue fácil el detalle del rostro pero espero mejorar con la práctica.

Estos tipos de cake no son faciles por que tienen la caritas muy delicadita pero te quedo super bien. Cuando puedas intenta hacer la carita en pasta y pintala te quedara mas delicadita. sigue adelante.

Te quedo muy bien. Estos tipos de bizcochos consumen tiempo y no son tan faciles que digamos. Pero por ser tu primera vez, sientete orgulloza.

¿Como hicistes para que el rojo quedara rojo? ¿El frosting te quedo amargo por usar mucho color? A mi, el color rojo, aunque use wilton red no-taste, me cambia el sabor del frosting y lo pone amargo.

¿Alguien tiene alguna sugerencia? Yo trato de evitar los bizcochos que contengan el color rojo lo mas que yo puedo. Gracias.

lo que yo hago antes de echarle el rojo no taste, es que empiezo desde una base rosada, no el frosting blanquito directamente, es para no echar tanto rojo, osea hacer el color rosado y de ahi echar el rojo, asi tambien hago el color cake, hago butercream de chocolate y de ahi pongo el color cafe.
