Here is my entry for the Beginners division, tiered specialty cakes. I took second place my first time competing. I know this sounds silly, as I do not do this professionally, but I am so proud and have been grinning like an idiot since yesterday!

BEAUTIFUL CAKE!!!! May I ask what brand of square pan you use? I have a wedding cake coming up with square layers....I have wilton pans. They are always rounded when I ice them. Am I doing it wrong...or is it the pan? |
