The NYC Cake Decorators Meetup is proud to announce that cakecentral's own Adven68, Irene Likokas will demo her Topsy Turvey Cake at our First Day of Sharing on June 7, 2008.

Irene will also conduct a Create Your Own Mini-Pillow Cake. Chef Ruth Drennan, formerly co-owner of The Cake Atelier will network with members and teach a gumpaste rose class to round out the day.
