RECETA BUTTERCREAM TUTUGIRL


2 TAZAS MANTECA EMULSIFICADA
2 TAZAS MANTEQUILLA CON SAL
UNA PIZCA DE SAL
4 CUCHARADAS AGUA HIRVIENDO
4 LIBRAS AZUCAR 10 X
SABOR A GUSTO (VAINILLA, ALMENDRA ETC A SU GUSTO)

PROCEDIMIENTO

BATIR LA MANTECA Y LA MANTEQUILLA HASTA ESTAR PRACTICAMENTE BLANCO. AGREGAR SAL Y SABORES. TODO SE UNE CON LA PELETA. AGREGAR AZUCAR POCO A POCO. A MITAD AGREGAR AGUA HIRVIENDO Y CONTINUA AGREGANDO AZUCAR Y BATIENDO HASTA QUE QUEDE TODO BIEN UNIDO. PONER EN ENVASE PLASTICO BIEN TAPADO.

Chicas... yo no pude cojer muy bien el seminario pues me la pase de un lado a otro pero si tutugirl lee me corrije

1. Pones una capa de BC fina (crumb coat) y lo dejas enfriar en la nevera.

2. Con una manga grande o 18 y la punta #18 rellenas de arriba a abajo

3. Con agua caliente y la espatula de 12" (secas la espatula) vas alizando y quitando los excesos.

4. Primero los lados y luego la parte de arriba.

5. Luego con el papel viva vas alizando los lados con las manos o con la flota y ya tan tan... Surprised
