This is not a cake...but have you ever seen those diaper-cakes that are a bunch of rolled up diapers assembled to resemble a cake? Oh they are soooooooo cute! Everybody gets a kick out of them. Maybe make a round base cake and place the " real diaper " cake on top. Hope that makes sense.

You said "diaper shower" did you mean "diaper cake"?

Diaper cake is not really a cake. I've made them before. They are diapers rolled up and tied with ribbon. Placed in a circle (a cake shape) and you can make it as many tiers as you want.

Then you decorate it with baby items, and ribbon.

When I did my daughters, she had a Sea theme. I found the cutest things. It was huge.

And you would not believe how much they charge for them. If you need one I suggest you search the web and look at them and get ideas.

Good luck.

I think what they meant was someone is having a diaper shower, (that is what they give the guy when they woman is having the baby shower) and they want a cake for the diaper shower! Am I right here?

Yes she is having a diaper shower since this is her 2nd baby. All the guest will bring diapers and wipes instead of the standard baby shower gifts.
So i wanted to do cake to resemble a diaper but don't know where to start.

A real cake made to look like a diaper cake would be cool

Doing a cake to look like a pack of diapers should be pretty easy. You could also do another small cake to resemble a box of wipes.
