Hey everyone,
I posted my latest cake today. It is a Greenbay football cake. It isn't the best, but I am still learning. I want to thank BrendaBTC for the idea to half it and do the two different colors. I have learned somethings from doing it and have made some notes on what I need to do differently next time. Thanks for looking.

I love your cake-altho I agree, it needs to be red and gold and have an SF in the center My question to the great decorators we have here. I made 2 round pumpkin cakes and decorated it with BC and the star tip also. It either dries so hard the "stars" crack and fall as you cut it, or if I put it in the cake carrier-they got so soft they started to melt. Any suggestions? |

Well, if I had my choice I would have made it Cowboys blue and silver with a big star in the middle. But hey, it was just for practice. Thanks for the great comments.
