For those of you who have purchased video to learn gumpaste flower making which one would you recommend? I don't want to invest $200 in one that would be difficult to follow for someone who has only moderate experience with gumpaste.

I have a Nicholas Lodge DVD that shoes making a rose and it's great! I'd recommend his and not too expensive either...you can get it from his website.
I have the Scott Clarke Wooley book and its great but I haven't seen any DVDs... |

Sugar Flower Art by Kaye Unisa. The video is very well done, and is moderately priced. No where near $100. My library had it, but just Google her name and you can buy it from her or Amazon, I believe. |

I just rented these through Blockbuster online too! Someone also said that netflix has it too. |

I bought both Kay Unisa DVDs on half.com for $12.50 each. I just checked and they are $14.93 each, with about $4 shipping.
They're good for beginners and intermediates. Actually, I have not yet opened DVD #2, but I'll get to it once I master the flowers.

Thanks, lori_d, I'll check for them there if I can't find them to rent on Blockbuster Online like leily did!!
I have some of the Nick Lodge DVDs and they are really great and I also have books by Lesley Herbert, Alan Dunn, Scott Wooley, Kerry Vincent, and Tombi Peck which are also wonderful as well as inspiring but IMHO it never hurts to have info about all techniques available!!! |

Michele Foster (sugarflowers here on CC) has a dvd coming out in a week or so, doing the flowers in her pillow heart arrangement. You can PM her and have her add you to her notification list. I think it will be in the $20ish range plus shipping.
