Can someone please give me an idea on how to color more than one batch of fondant and still have a uniform color in all batches?
I presently use gel coloring and add to the liquid stage of fondant making.

Is there a coloring medium thats easier to measure?
Any idea and info is welcomed.

Thanks.

there are powdered colors that might be easier to measure with a measureing spoon. I've never used them, though.
