I'm sorry y'all, I know this question has been asked a thousand times, so her it goes for 1001.

If I make cupcakes tonight, will they be OK til Saturday morning?

Also what is the longest you would make cupcakes ahead?

I make them and freeze them undecorated. I also can make the frosting in advance and store it in the fridge. Then I do the decorating the morning I need the finished cakes.

I made some cupcakes last Friday that I was going to bring to a bbq on Saturday and they ended up melting somewhat overnight from the humidity. Sad
