I am interested in starting a cake business from my home in the next year. Currently i work as an interior decorator for a retail company but would love to use my creative skills/passion in decorating cakes. Can anyone give me some advice in Alabama? Thanks in advance |

the state website is www.adph.org - call your local health department and they can help you - they may even know some people who would work with you on renting a kitchen. Try a caterer that doesn't do their own cakes that's what I'm thinking of doing until I can get a kitchen. |

try that link - the site is acting funny. You can call and request a copy from your local health department. If you are in Jefferson County then they may or may not require different things. PM me with your address is you aren't in JC and I'll mail you one from work tomorrow. |
