All these cakes are gorgeous and the presentations are wonderful. My only question is this: If these are all buttercream cakes, then why the fresh flowers and ribbon? To me fourth place is the only true all buttercream. I'm not criticizing but how is this decided?
Again, let me stress that I think the cakes are wonderful and I wish I could someday do something this grand.
