I found a 6 ft refridgerated display case on Ebay for $150. It's a bout 6 years old, but it works like a charm. I'm not a big ebay shopper because I can generally find pans, gumtex and such cheaper with my Michaels coupons but I just couldnt believe the price on this one! I looked even further and saw a plether (sp?) of stuff for the price- minded cakery owners. Cases, Sysco stuff, it is great! |
