Ok, I am having a hard time locating a unique and fun recipe for faux ice cream. I had seen it made on the Food network challenge, castle cake or something like that. The winner of that challenge had made them for her castle. I was wondering If any one had written the recipe down. Thank you so much.

I remember seeing it, but can't remember what it was made of. I need to make a banana split cake in September, so hopefully someone will know!
