Today I had to do a very importend cake. The wedding planner I`m working together with had her own wedding and the theme were snowflakes. I tried once to do them, but wouldn´t like to talk about it  . So after the request came in I started to read all the topics about royal icing, piping etc. and I must say the informations, input, knowledge, etc. on this site is unbelivable. As there were so many good advices that I would like to thank all of you. I really couldn`t have done the cake without the things I learned from this site. THANK YOU LADIES (AND GENTLEMANS)!
As a gift I made 100 snowflake cookies (marinersfan´s No fail sugar cookies and Antonia74´s royal icing), so each guest will get a cookie with the cake. |

Beautiful!! I would have loved that cake for my wedding. We had a New Year's Eve wedding and it snowed just like I always dreamed. Great job! The cookies were such a nice touch.
The info on this site is amazing. I'm pretty new to cake decorating and I've gotten so much help here on CC I don't know where I'd be without it. |

Yes, it is a very beautiful cake. You did an amazing job. I agree. I have received so much useful information and help from everyone on this website. I dont remember how I found it but I am so grateful I did! A million thanks to all!!! |
