this week i had no orders and was looking forward it, but low and behold i realised that its my son luca's 3rd birthday on friday.. i have already been through my other three kids birthdays and made them all a cake so i thought i have to do one..
i decided to have a go at a 3d lightening mcqueen cake, well i finished him today, but WOW it was time consuming and a lot of work..
so here he is, my labour of love for my little boy...

i'm really happy with how he turned out and Luca absolutely loved it. (he saw him today, thursday).
its such a shame that this time tomorrow there will be nothing left of him..
