Which one do you like best? I'm going to make a cake tomorrow for a baby shower and I haven't used either of these icings before. I wanted to know which one you think tastes better and is the easiest to work with as far as smoothing and making flowers and what not with. My cash and carry store carries both those and one other(can't remember the name right now). I would really appreciate any advice on which one is better. Thanks!!! icon_biggrin.gif

Bettercreme is a bit stiffer compared to pastry pride. they both taste good (in my opinion, great)

they also may have Frostin' pride- also great.

Great for borders and some decorations, not so great for intricate flowers

Thanks JoAnneB that's the name of the other one. Frostin' Pride. I remember a while back reading on here how the Bettercreme was really difficult for some but not for others with smoothing out and drying out. Have you used all of these icings? If so do you perfer one over the other? For the cake I'm making tomorrow I don't have to make flowers just ice it. The decorations will be fondant so I guess the best tasteing one is what I'm looking for right now.
