Is there a pink food coloring that does not taste bad? I have to make a hot pink cake and the customer does not want cake covered in fondant, only buttercream. |

I really like Wilton Pink. I usually use Americolor or Chefmaster colors, but there's nothing better for hot pink than Wilton pink, IMO
I also prefer Wilton's brown to any other. It's the only brown on the market that does not contain any red. |

I generally use Americolor for everything, but I feel like their pink has a bitter taste. I started using the CK brand called Cherry Pink, and I have not noticed a bitter taste. |

I have used Americolor or Spectrum electric pink and it colors well. I have not noticed a bitter taste, but I haven't eaten a lot of it. |
