Ok so last night I iced about 50 cookies with royal icing, I outlined and flooded. I think my icing was a little stiffer that usual but I did seem to get it smooth. I looked at them all last night and all seemed smooth like glass, but this morning when I woke up the icing was very wavy and bumpy. I have a demo to do today on how to decorate them (just the finsh decorating) so does anyone have a fix for this? I need them to be smooth, but I'm not sure how to get them there. |

Oh, I'm sorry that happened to your cookies! And I'm sorry I can't think of a fix, but thought I'd give your post a bump to the top - maybe someone else will have an idea. |

The only thing I can think of is do another layer of the RI on top... thining out the RI a little bit more before adding it... |
