Help! I was asked to do a dinosaur (3-D) cake for a birthday party! What type of cake mix do I use to be able to carve this? |

if you add a box of pudding mix to any regular box mix plus the ingredients listed on the box you will be able to carve. Also helps if the cake is frozen or at least REALLY cold for carving too! |

I use a regular cake mix like Betty Crocker or DH.I made a cute Dinosaur/dragon for a 4 year old who was having his party at the zoo...I forgot to put 4 feet on him and wondered why it looked odd...I caught my mistake the next day and was able to fix it but he is still cute! |

Just pretend he's sitting on his hind legs I'm sure the little kids won't be able to tell the difference & if you don't mention it I don't think anyone would notice LOL I think it's really cute. |
