Those are really neat! I remember back then when Dunkin Donuts used to use something similar for the ball donuts. |

ive ordered quite a bit from oriental trading and their shipping is pretty decent. when you are checking out it tells you an estimate date of arrival so tha you can decide if you want faster shipping and from my experience the ground shipping is the cheapest and MOST of the time you get it one or two days before estimated date but never after estimated date. they are a great company and they offer good coupons if you sign up for their email list also they send you coupon in the mail. i just got on in the mail for 20 dollars off my 50 dollar order. Oriental Trading is reaally neat, I've ordered from them for years. They are great for Wedding things, decorations for parties, packaging just like Doug has shown you guys and they have clear stamps. The clear stamp is my next new project to try on fondant. Thanks Doug Man. Happy Caking CCers

you know Dollar General Stores have those same boxes with Christmas motifs right now for $1 each! If you didn't want as many or didn't need to spend the whole $50 to get free shipping, that can be an option.
I made gingerbread houses with 4th,5th, and 6th grade kids last year at my kids' school ( I was a classroom monitor at the time) and we used these to transport their little houses home, I cut a cake board to fit just inside the box and we glued (with royal icing) the graham cracker houses down and they even decorated yards around the houses, it was adorable and so much fun!!! |
