Can you buy isomalt in some speciality stores? Or do you have to buy it online only? If it is online, any links to some of the best prices. I don't need very much at all a pound or 2. I going to attempt to some sugar jewels.

I can't seem to find any small enough and the style I need.

You can buy isomalt in most cake/candy supply stores. I know my local store carries it. You can order online at most supply stores that also carry candy making supplies. It is not cheap but extremely easy to work with as far as sugar goes.

Netrition has 1.5lbs for $10.99.

If you don't want to go through the trouble of processing the isomalt, you can check out Venuance pearls. They are pre-processed and all you do is melt or soften them with a heat lamp.

I have a listing on ebay for them if you are interested.

Hope this helps,

Natalie

Good day! You can purchase 1 lb of isomalt in Canada at www.goldaskitchen.com for $5.85 lb (Canadian dollars). They ship to the US. Hope this is helpful?
Just a question, is Splenda the same as isomalt?
Cheers!

I have found it pre-treated on ebay. All you have to do is melt and pour or soften and shape it.

I hope this helps.
