I have a question about the requirments for labeling products for the markets. I'm hoping someone can help me so I don't have to wait til monday, I need to knock this out ASAP.

Anyway, when labeling your baked goods do you list like this:

INGREDIENTS: flour, sugar, butter, rum.....

or do you list each ingredient that is in the flour itself, and then each ingredient for the butter, each ingredient for the rum,.......?

I'm hoping it's the first cause the label will be bigger than the actual product if not. Rolling Eyes
