I just bought a ton of this stuff and realized, holy crap- how do I use it? How does it adhere. Piping gel? edible glue?

are we talking about the same stuff? Disco glitter was pulled by the FDA and just made a comeback here in the US. It looks exactly like arts and crafts glitter. I would like to paint in onto flowers etc and have seen it done before. I guess I will just use edible glue. I would worry about putting it in my airbrush becuase it is not fine like pearl dust. It would clog.

But you don't need to use any kind of 'glue' to get it to stick. It's magnetic, trust me! I use it on airdryed buttercream flowers, crusted icing, everything. It did somewhat come off dry fondant, so maybe just use a little clear alcohol or extract then sprinkle over that. I have a fluffy brush that I dip in the glitter then tap the handle to get the disco dust off where I want it.

You can purchase the dust and glitter made especially for the airbrush.
