When I make my three tiered cake, can I fondant each tier seperately or do I have to fondant in one piece?

Thanks... icon_confused.gif

All are done individually. It would be pretty darn tricky to roll a piece large enough to do an entire tiered cake well! icon_lol.gif

One tier at a time is enough for me. icon_lol.gif
