3 lbs sweetex/ hi ratio shortening
6.5 lbs powdered sugar
20 TBSP liquid (powdered coffee creamer mixed in a 1:1 ratio with VERY hot water) and your flavorings/extracts. Something like 11 TBSP creamer & 9 TBSP flavoring.

I forgot to add the mxiing instructions:
Cream shortenings, flavorings, & hot liquid until creamy.
Stream in a little over 1/2 of powdered sugar, on speed one.
After somewhat incorporated scrape down the sides.
Stream in the last of the powdered sugar at speed one.
When incorporated turn mixer up to speed 6 and let it mix for 5-7 minutes until very smooth.
Scrape sides down frequently.

I have found speed 6 is to high for my KA and I mix at 4. I also have found I cannot scrape it down in the last mixing or somehow manged to get more air in!
