I was just wondering if anyone has instructions on how to do this type of cake? how do you carve it? also, how are roads done on sides of cakes, ramp-like roads? TIA

Ummm....I don't know. I've never done it, but I sure want to!!! You have to carve it somehow, but I don't know how. If I had a cake in front of me, with a knife in my hand, I could probably figure it out... I would suggest PMing someone that has made one before. Tonedna has made one before ( I THINK) and its real cute, she's always very helpful as well...
