I was wondering of anyone can tell me how long bettercream lasts in the refrigerator. I opened the container on July the 12th and have had it in the fridge. Would it still be good to use? |

It says 7 days on the carton. I think you would be fine, though. I've used mine a little longer.
They have the whipped in colors now and already in piping bags! This is what it says on the Rich's website.
New Tip Inside Bag
For the first time, you'll be able to decorate right out of the bag because Rich's has filled it with Bettercreme® non-dairy icing and filling. There are all kinds of exciting colors, including our new lavender and black. And, there's a new decorator tip that is threaded to accommodate other metal tips for decorating convenience and variety.
Features and Benefits:
get substantial labor savings with easy-to-use bags, just clip and go
star tip slides out for immediate use
bags take up less space in the refrigerator
available in four colors (red, green, lavender and black) in 12 oz. pastry bags
no longer need to buy and clean separate pastry bags
easier to use for decorating than color butter creams |

I took the advice on this thread and did three filling holes with the bismark instead of 1. It worked great, as long as I didn't push in too much, then it just overwhelmed the cake. But it was nice to have it spread out in the cuppie instead of a mound in the center. |

fiddle~ no offense taken! I hate missing out on these posts but just don't have time to read them all right now. When winter comes, I plan on starting with the first post and starting from there. Should take me through our Michigan winters!! |

micnmax2003, what was the almond roca flavoring that you used? Was it a coffee syrup? Thanks! |

Thanks ladies for all your work in updating the recipe file. Just an idea, maybe in your signature line where you have the link, you could put in parenthases (last updated xx/xx/xx). Just an idea... |
