How can I understand the spanish recipes, etc.? Do you have a translation software attached to the web site to translate the spanish ?

Yes, there's a translation box after each post following:
(A new window will open for the text to be translated.)

The spanish content on the site is meant for the spanish speaking members of the community. You can attempt to use translation software however CC does not have the content available in both english and spanish.

Just an FYI, Azuca, a member here on CC, is always gracious enough to add an English translation to any recipe which she posts, or will add an English translation upon request.
