Wow. My husband was born and raised in Montana (Missoula/Lincoln) and moved to Grass Valey when he was 12. His parents still live there. We lived there for a year before he want into the Navy after we were married. LOVE LOVE LOVE it up there!!! I so miss the Christmastime up in Nevada City!! |

Hi everyone, this is so cool. I am Le'Ann I was born in Las Vegas Nevada moved to England lived all over England then Homestead Florida, to my home were my parents were born Evansville, In I guess you tell I was a Air Force brat.

I'm from Napa North! I live in Naramata, BC, Canada, Wine Country. We have lived here 4 years, moved from the coast, near Vancouver, BC where I grew up....

My sister lived in Peterborough. We used to vacation on Rice Lake; and I had a good friend with a cottage on - I think it was Buck Lake, or Buckhorn Lake? So long ago...sigh!

Oh my!! We just vacationed there last October! It was BEAUTIFUL. Drove from Seattle, to Osooyos, then a cottage on the west side of Lake Okanagan. Loved it there.
Nice to "meet" you too. |

I have also been to cobourg beach!! (well..lake, the jamaican in me can't think of anything less than salt water as a beach...but it sure is lovely there!!)
But I was born and raised in Jamaica, but even then, was a displaced canadian...!

I know Courtice! Went to Durham College in Oshawa, and knew a guy from there! Thanks for the Cobourg beach shout out. Much of my mis-spent summer youth revolved around the beach, Victoria Park and the bandshell. SIGH! |
