Thanks, Pat! I followed the directions on Bakerella.com - look under May. Her idea was for Mother's Day. I made a flower template and printed them out. I placed a yellow chocolate round in the middle. Then traced the petals with either pink or orange melted chocolate. They were really quick and easy. Here is the template that I used. |

I LOVED being in Wisconsin. Yes - everyone is so nice - it seems like that no matter where you go in the whole state. I'm on the East Coast now and I really miss it!  |

Ok I leave for a while and you run up 5 pages !! Gezzzzz!! And Sarsi is sucking up to Mel Blowing kisses !! And Yes she is just adorable!! Still a baby but sure makes beautiful cakes for her young age ! Her Hubby,s pretty cute to ! Hey Everyone.. LOL- I am 3 yrs older than you and just started this hobby last winter. I NEVER used to bake, now I am baking all the time!! I wish I would have baked more when both my girls were young, i think of all the PTA and girl scout stuff and softball fundraising I could have baked for. Oh well, I am making up for lost time. HeHe

Have a question about Bettercreme???For those of you that buy the carton frozen, what size carton is it? And about what price? I found a groc. wholesale that carries it but the guy says its a case of 12 ---- 2 pound cartons, does this sound right? I can get the ready whipped at Sams but thought this would take less space!
