Amigas me acaban de ordenar un cake de tres pisos para un bautizo este domingo el cake no es mi problema lo que pasa es que fiesta va a ser en el parque a las tres de la tarde y el clima no me va a favorecer pues la temperatura va a estar segun pronostican a 104 grados farenjait Crying or Very sad como hago para que no se me derrita el frostin? cual me recomiendan?

bueno si lo haces con el frosting de manteca no hay problema, porque aguanta. Pero si lo hacs con pasta laminada ahi es que se pone brillosa y gomosa.

no logro entender porque se les pone asi la pasta....aca hacen caroles terribles y no me ha pasado eso...yo omito la gliserina si es que le ponen, y otro frosting que quedaria ya guanta mucho seria el merengue suizo.

yo he usado el de manteca y manteca con mantequilla y no se ha deretido y con la tecnica que dio tutugirl queda lisito parece pasta laminada aunque yo soy novata espero que las muchachas opinen asi yo tambien aprendo suerte

Yo vivo en San Antonio, t y tambien he tenido esas temperaturas, y hago el frosti nde manteca pero sin nada de mantequilla, porque la mantequilla se derrite.... el fondant que pongo yo no se pone brilloso y mantiene fresco el bizcocho por dentro.... suerte...
