Hey all you VA decorators!!
I am in the process of filling out all my paperwork to send in to the Dept. of Agriculture. At the moment, I'm making the flowcharts for my techniques. My question is, How detailed do these flowcharts need to be? Do I need to actually describe coloring the icing, icing the cake, using the Viva paper towel method, piping on the cake, etc? Or am I making this harder than it needs to be?
