Do you think this would hold up on cookies in a cello bag? I've used royal icing on plain iced cookies, but I think it's too hard. I'm looking for an alternative.
Michelle -- I think it would smoosh very easily, unfortunately. However, I do *use* it on sugar cookies at Christmas time, and it's soooooo good.

I use this recipe but cut the sugar down by nearly half. I find the original recipe too sweet so I gauge the sugar content to my discretion. My friends and family love that it's not so sweet.

Tug does it effect the consistency at all? I don't want something too sweet but was going to try this.
