Hi!
I am an in-home baker, small to medium scale. I will be replacing my gas range and am considering a double oven to speed up the cake baking process.
I am interested in tips, recommendations from anyone who has a double oven. Also any thoughts on convection-does it work well for cakes?
As it is for home use, the price would need to be under $2000..Any thoughts??? Thanks! |
