I was wondering what everyone else does between the layers when stacking cakes. I typically use cocnut to ensure the fondant layers do not stick together, but I have not really seen other people do that. I have to make a four tiered cake in two weeks and wanted to have other options. Any help would be appreciated! |

some people are allergic to coconut so I think putting pwd sugar is another way to do it. |

What about a piece of wax paper - a circle just a little smaller in diameter than the cake above it? I am making a stacked cake this weekend and plan to do that.
