I am right in the middle of making home made ice cream for the first time. I just realized that the recipe calls for 2 tsp of peppermint EXTRACT. All I have is peppermint OIL. Will that screw up the ice cream? Is the oil more concentrated and I should use less? Please help!! Thank you so much!!!

i can't help you much, but oils ARE more concentrated and you usually do use less.
