I somehow feel like I am going to get in trouble........ You must use a licensed kitchen or have a licensed storefront. That being said, there are a LOT of bakers in NJ doing just that.. selling cakes made at home. It is totally up to you. Some folks on here have been trying to change the laws though, so someday it may be ok.
