Hi guys, although a simple request I need advice. A customer wants me to make a beach ball for 30 people.

Although I have experience with the wilton ball it's size will not cut it.

Now I know I must thibk about how I am going to make & Put this cake together.

SHould I bake in a pyrex bowl or just carve the ball myself?

As far as support goes I figured the bottom half of the ball should be styrofoam.

Has anyone done this before?
